Fantastic hotel

Fantastic hotel, from the moment we arrived we were greeted by friendly helpful staff. The reception area was pristine. We had arrived late in the evening but check in was fast. There is a lift in the building to all the floors. Our room was spacious and very clean. The breakfast was fantastic with hot and cold food, breakfast was from 7 am to 10 am so no need to rush. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is great as it’s in the centre of town but was also very quiet. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were always on hand if needed and was knowledgeable about restaurants and things to do in the town and the local area. We are already planning our next holiday and will stay in Hotel Bonotto, highly recommend.

Good, not 5*, but really fine.

Other than being a bit noisy and the curtains not being blackout I think this turned out to be a great hotel. There is only one staff member working reception and bar so don't expect anything special or fast there. The room was really clean, air con wasn't too intrusive, balcony did slope but totally fine, bed was comfy. We used the terrace multiple times including renting it one evening, it was lovely.

I had a lake view and views of the castle but this means overlooking a busy road too. The breakfast room is a lovely rooftop terrace which an incredible view.

Friendly staff. Parking is at a nearby garage, you pay the hotel and they give you a card that lets you drive in and out of the garage as often as you like. Good breakfast (much better than most in Europe) on the rooftop. So nice morning view across the lake. Desenzano de Garda was a pleasant surprise. A very nice town with lots of places to eat, drink, shop or just walk around.

I highly recommend in Desanzano

A wonderful intimate hotel in the center of Desanzano. The hotel is on the main street, but the room has peace and quiet. Rooms clean (cleaned daily) and very spacious. Although we were with 2 children, the size of the room was enough for us. The breakfasts are very tasty and varied. A wonderful lady made us very good coffee every morning. The hotel has an sun roof with sun loungers, from which there is a beautiful view of the lake and the surrounding area. The hotel staff is very helpful and helped us solve the problem with the broken car. We loved the stay! I would highly recommend!

Es wurde ein tolles Frühstück abgeboten. Die Matraze war für mich angenehm und fest. Ich empfand nur die Bettbreite für einen Mann meiner Grösse grenzwertig. Gerne würde ich das Hotel wieder buchen.
