4/10 Poor

"For travelers not from PR we would not recommend. This hotel seems to book a lot of group events. As such individual travelers and their needs are not prioritized. No personalized service with regards to recommendations for activities or restaurants. Front desk staff not helpful. Very little beach left after Maria. Facilities are outdated… price not worth it!! Rooms had to be kept at 67 degrees to supposedly avoid extreme dampness in the rooms. Unfortunately we would not go back to this hotel."

"The stay was overall enjoyable, but one issue worth noting is noise. Our room was located next to an event space, and one weekend night there was a loud event with music and heavy bass that could be felt in the room until late at night. It made it difficult to relax and sleep. In my opinion, this room should not be occupied on the nights with events."

"The location is excellent to be able to enjoy the beach and within close distance to many restaurants. Our toilet backed up, due to flushing toilet paper. We weren’t told about not putting toilet paper in the toilet at check-in. Due to the humid climate, it was impossible to get the floor to dry after we returned from the beach. The staff were very helpful & friendly."

"It was not the typical hotel/resort experience but the location, the coziness, the service and the atmosphere was amazing. Very clean room. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Internet in the room was good. Is a calm place so if you’re looking for parties, loud music all the time then this is not the place for you. Beach only a few steps away. Beautiful scenery. The administrator, Angel, was very attentive and always looking for the opportunity to please you. Near town, malls, restaurants and tourism places. Very high recommended. I would definitely will return to it."
