Great location with very nice renovated rooms, overall the property is lovely. Most staff is very friendly. Good pools for the kids along with a beautiful beach, nice loungers for both. Food qualify is good. Menu choices for a la carte are quite limited. Watersports options are great.

Property was newly renovated with very clean rooms. Cleaning staff were very nice and cleaned thoroughly, daily. Front of house team courteous and on point. Bar staff / wait staff definitely need to improve as wait times for anything are long. Most requests are also forgotten which led to frustration.

No water for two days. Cold water after that for a further day. No activities for adults or children but was described in all inclusive. Lock on door not working - breach of security. No food available between meal times even though there should have been on the all inclusive plan. Meal was set menu. No Wi Fi for whole period. Refused to let us change room despite no water and a door that didn’t lock. No tables of umbrellas at outside bar - just chairs as tables and umbrrrllas were not delivered yet so could not dine or drink outside by beach bar
