"The hotel was great, they kindly provided a free upgrade for us. The room was lovely, the staff great and the pool really nice. The breakfast was great too."

Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. I will never stay there again, but I would eat at the traditional restaurant but I won’t set foot in their guest rooms. "

"The staff was very friendly, especially Estgenet, Brooke, Fasika and Fanta. Solomon was our driver and went over and beyond to take us where we needed to go and even negotiated for us when shopping. My only suggestion would be for there to be some sort of live entertainment on the property for nights guest prefer to hang out at the hotel. Maybe karaoke, a small band or even a lounge singer"

"We were sight seeing most of the day. Room service meals were tasty. Breakfast on the last day was finally buffet style as in the pictures. No TV for two days. Bathroom was leaking. Airport shuttle driver was not helpful with our luggage out of the van. Overall customer service needs improvement as well as housekeeping and maintenance. The kitchen staff was wonderful."
