"The experience at this hotel wasn’t so pleasant. The air conditioning system was controlled by the hotel staff, when asked if we can make the room cooler since we have allergies and asthma, they were telling us that someone will come and check it out. We were told the air was “cranking” which it wasn’t. We also had to chase for clean towels and toilet paper for our room. We were told 20 minutes, but yet no one brought us towels. We had to call and go down again to get new towels. There was no room service also, we had to take the garbage out ourselves."
"This is a perfect case of “you get what you pay for”. This building is old, and a little run down, but it was a good option for the few days we stayed in Denver. Staff was helpful and friendly!"
"This is a hotel for hipsters. Not a family hotel. Which is okay. The “problems” were in the room. Especially dim lighting throughout. And the HVAC was tucked under a table, greatly restricting airflow. And the concrete floor and ceiling gave a being “held captive” vibe. Especially with the gray drapes drawn shut. I was very close to making a “proof of life” video to send to my fam. Also, the property was at least a 30-40 min walk to anything of interest. This aside, staff was helpful and friendly."
"I appreciated the staff, the fact that they had a refrigerator, could order food for take out, and that there were microwaves for use. I was here for work and these things made my stay better. Thanks!"
"Very cute hotel in a fantastic area. Walkable to most everything. We had a corner king room and the views of the mountains were the highlight of my day each morning. Very clean and Starbucks is just around the corner!"
