What a gem and great value in Cap Hill. Close enough to downtown without the craziness. Library room is our favorite. Very private. Great breakfast included and free parking.
If you like history and uniqueness, this is the place to stay. The staff was very accommodating in the breakfast was amazing. Would 100% stay again. Had a great time.
This small Boutique Hotel close to the Capitol in Denver was wonderful. Very clean, wonderful staff all very helpful and friendly.
The breakfast which was included was made fresh each day and delicious. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
Everything was great! The only issue we ran into was that the WiFi didn't work reliably. This would have been a concern if we needed to get work done, but we didn't. The room was very cool, the staff were kind, and the tavern had very good cocktails.
I was looking for an interesting place to stay in the Capitol neighborhood and Patterson Inn was definitely that. The inn itself (historic mansion), the room (absolutely charming), staff (owner is very knowledgeable about local things and happy to share) were perfect. The breakfasts were a highlight though. Delicious, gorgeous breakfast custom made to accommodate food allergies set me up for my day. The neighborhood is great, the place is great, maybe give it a try.
Great property conveniently located in the Capitol Hill area. Complimentary breakfast was fantastic every day by chef Brandon. The owner was also on hand bartending at 12 spirits.
Highly recommended!
The place is incredibly unique, great rooms, excellent breakfast, very special tavern and overall great vibe and staff. Will definitely stay there again.
What an incredible place to stay! Very heart warming, comfortable, delicious and scrumptious food Brandon, very accommodating Jack and owner Chris was fabulous! Thank you for a wonderful 4 day stay in Antoinette!!! Will be back!!! Wow factor!!! Great location too!!!
This B&B is 100+ year old mansion with beautiful woodwork and stained glass. It has character. Our room and bed were large and very comfortable. The neighborhood is not packed with restaurants to walk to, but it I really enjoyed walking around in the morning seeing many similar well maintained with great facades but generally smaller mansions from long ago. I would stay there again.
We loved this place. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Would recommend this place to our family and friends. We loved the history and location.
Place was great, but the breakfast was amazing. Was not expecting anything more than a basic breakfast and it was absolutely an amazing from scratch food.
We spent two nights in this lovely 1890's mansion. Breakfast both days were great. The attached bar next door in the former carriage house was very nice with good drinks at fair prices. Parking on site was very convenient.
Will definitely be back.
Great breakfast, close to a lot restaurants and conference center, comfortable bed. Would stay again

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
Jill-of-all-trades (breakfast chef, server; finder and bringer of irons; provider of ice) was outstanding! Cleaning staff person very kindly offered to carry my bag downstairs.
A better lesson on operating that pocket door would have been helpful as we checked in. *Very heavy*. Those without decent upper body strength may not be able to operate.
Room seemed oddly tired (drapery coming off ring; nearly broken through chair seat). A lot of floor space yet no comfortable place to sit (chair would not have been comfortable even if we didn't think seat about to go). So odd to have giant dresser blocking the doorway when it could have just been moved away from door. Ditch the little table holding ice bucket, put that tray on the dresser. Move chair and dresser away from the door! Cut myself on pocket door lock grabber trying to squeeze through :( Also weird that tv not opposite bed. And no mirror in bedroom; no notepad nor pen in desk. Iron was missing. Bed was comfortable, shower was great. But room just seemed to have so many "off" things for that price point.
