"Breakfast was great. Room clean and nice bedding. Staff very accommodating."

"Staff was so kind. Room was decent, bathroom was really small. My only complaint was the level of heat the room reached at night. So hot, and the thermostat only went down to 68°. Staff offered to turn down the central heating for us as well. Also, you have to pay for parking, and the closest lot is 12 hour maximum."

"Worst stay on my 4-star hotel list. It didn’t feel like a 4-star hotel at all. All of the staff were unprofessional and unwelcoming. It started with them messing up my reservation, and they blamed it on a new employee. I understood because mistakes happen, but the experienced employees over the next few days were even worse and had no intention of resolving any issues. In the end, the new employee was actually the most helpful one."
