The floors and stairs are creaky but adds to the charm of an old home. Laurie is such a great host! We enjoyed her company very much! She made our stay so nice! "I liked that it was close to the Nauvoo historical sites. I love old hotels that are not totally changed into new everything. We had a bit of a challenge in where we were expected to park... but guess we figured it out and parked up close where it seemed appropriate."
