"Our stay was great, was able to check in a bit early thanks to front desks compassionate hospitality. Breakfast was a nice variety and quality but found the hot items not hot enough. Nice to have Nespresso in the room, too. Very clean and modern. Beautiful shower and products. Parking our truck was tricky, there are no hotel parking facilities so we ended up street parking nearby which worked out fine for the one night we stayed."

"My wife and I booked a room for 5 nights for our honeymoon and enjoyed our stay. The hotel was very clean and met our needs, and was right in between downtown Montreal and the Biodome/Botanical gardens (about a 45-50 minute walk in either direction). There were a few quirks however 1. While the loft style layout was fun and unique, the ceiling is only about 5 feet above the loft floor. I lost track of how many times we hit our heads on the ceiling, no matter how many times we tried to remind ourselves 2. The walls between rooms were very thin. We could easily hear the tvs and often conversations of next door neighbours. 3. Finally, the couch location was strange. It may seem like a nitpick, but it made it difficult to relax properly after a long day out. Trying to use the tv while on the couch was very awkward. The strangest part was that the perfect solution would be to swap where the couch and tables were in that area. Anyways, despite these quirks it was a pleasant experience, and we absolutely loved the location. In the middle of everything but also just enough removed to not be kept up by the city at night."

"Really disappointed with the service...there was no microwave in room...téléphone was not working...bathroom exhaust didn't work..evening after complaining nobody took it seriously...reception staff really laid back...will not recommend spending hard earned money on this property...we stayed there 2 nights...requested to change the room...nobody listened..."
