My sense is that it’s used by Chinese tour groups, so when a solo American showed up, they seemed a little confused. "The room was tired .. definitely needed a do-over ... outdoor furniture were old ... were disappointed with what we paid for and what we got .. manhole left open on balcony .. curtains were falling down .. staff were lovely and caring ... just really needed a complete overhaul of the room"

"Perfect resort stay for a family holiday with young kids. The absolute stand out was the friendliness of the staff, particularly towards children of all ages. We couldn’t utilise the kids club as both kids were under 3, but the pool slides and inflatable obstacle course were such a hit that it didn’t matter. The beach isn’t your typical clear blue water and sandy beach, however it is a very pleasant and relaxing place to sit during the day, and the perfect a lot to watch the stunning sunset."

"the menu was fresh and there was plenty of choice at the buffet breakfast , all the restaurants had great menus and the food was delicious. Extremely friendly staff always willing to help. Always ready with a smile and a 'Bula!' Room was comfortable and well serviced by the cleaning staff. Just wish we had a queen size bed not double. Overall the stay at the resort was an amazing experience, very relaxing, and we will return to this property in the future"

"The hospitality was amazing as usual no complaints there, however our room wasn’t a wow factor for my stay, maintenance was happening people walking around your room constantly with didn’t give us privacy and noises would start from 9am. I would have appreciated if staff would have advised me about the scenario. "
