The first floor features a spacious open floor plan living, dining, and kitchen area that includes a dishwasher, a custom island counter/breakfast bar, a freestanding wood stove (firewood provided), and a DVD/monitor, plus one full bath with a laundry cubby including a washer and dryer, and a second 3/4-bath. Ascending the staircase to the second floor reveals three generous size bedrooms, including one bedroom with 1-king sized bed, a second bedroom with 1-queen sized bed, and a third bedroom with 1-queen sized bed, plus a divided loft with 2-full sized beds, and a separate sitting area. Just outside the back door is a large deck with an outdoor gas grill (propane provided) and a gazebo covered hot tub...perfect for winding down after a fun day on the mountain. This wifi equipped and monitored family vacation property will sleep up to 10-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).PLEASE NOTE: Wi-Fi service is now available to our area, and provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use. Having said this, the service is currently subject to failure, as the service provider is in the process of dialing everything in.
