"Las Casitas en El Conquistador it’s the best hotel in Puerto Rico and maybe in the Caribbean. You do not need to go outside of the hotel at all. Good retsaurants, multiple pools, private island with white sand and cristal clear ocean water and a very complete water park. Super fun and beatyfull hotel, and great place to walk too. I do not practice golf, but there is a golf course too."

"Overall, I'd rate our stay 4 out of 5 stars. The villa was spacious, comfortable, and worked very well for our family of five. The fully equipped kitchen was exactly as advertised, which was important since we planned to cook during our stay. The dishwasher worked perfectly, and having hot water gave us peace of mind when washing dishes. The two-bedroom, two-bathroom layout was great for traveling with teenagers. We also loved the balcony—it was clean, quiet, and the perfect place to enjoy coffee every morning. The pool was never overcrowded, and the overall atmosphere of the property was peaceful and relaxing. Our biggest issue was maintenance. We discovered that the kitchen sink was leaking underneath the cabinet after using it throughout the day. Judging by the condition inside the cabinet, it appeared this may have been an ongoing problem. We contacted the front desk several times, and although maintenance eventually came, the leak was never actually fixed. We ended up improvising a way to catch the water ourselves. Our first impression during check-in also wasn't the best. The front desk staff didn't seem particularly welcoming, and that set the tone for the arrival experience. Private parking is available for $25 per night, but it's located quite far from the villas. With better preventive maintenance and more consistent customer service, this could easily be an excellent place to stay. We'd consider returning and hope to see those improvements in the future."

"Ideal location for a relaxing stay in Vieques. It was just 5 minutes away from restaurants in Esperanza and we loved the size of our cottage. The property was huge and the view overlooking the ocean was our favorite way to end the night each night. Beach chairs and towels were available everyday to go to local beaches. We ate breakfast each morning at the hotel and it was always good. We understand it was low season but it would have been nice to have a bar or service to get beverages during the day. At night we didn’t even see the bar was open—it’s just not noticeable. Rooms were well air-conditioned and cleaned each day."
