"Property was perfect, close to airport yet very quiet. My room faced the marina so was very beautiful with a great view. Room was exceptional, very clean, tastefully decorated and bed and pillows were ultra comfortable. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay, staff were courteous and helpful. Highly recommend anyone to stay !"

"The bathroom was not cleaned properly. We found hairs on the shower wall that were from a previous customer. The hotel needs an update as the rooms are drab."

"We needed a room for the ferry the next day. The reviews indicated this property was very good. Well, the location was good, but the room was needing some care, especially the washroom that had peeling baseboards and other appearance issues. A cleaner had just finished cleaning before we walked into the room, and the room smelled & looked clean, but the appearance overall was old and very “well-used”. When I went into the bathroom, there was a light brown bug that was almost an inch long & dead in the corner by the bathtub. Not the experience we were expecting. The reception staff was good, however I would look at another location to stay in the future unless upgrades are done."

"The good: These rooms are like small 1-bedroom apartments. Great layout and use of space! Full kitchen setup with fridge and storage if you want to do grocery shopping. Right next to a boardwalk with lots of small shops and restaurants. Fantastic location. You can rent a bike as well to cruise up and down by the water. The bad: Had to pay each night for parking which was a bummer. It’s an hour or so usually to the downtown and North Vancouver areas, a bit of a drive. Overall, we liked it here and would definitely revisit."

"It was clean and the property manager was very responsive. However, he was kinda impulsive to have the shuttle service. He was just pushy and misguiding about the crowded road and even took the longer route to bring us to property. "

"no elevator, TV would not work, phone would not call front desk. we ate at the cafe next door which was really good, no shade on window, drapes were in poor condition"
