"The reception staff were welcoming and friendly. We had a refurbished room on the 18th floor overlooking the harbour which was great. Although the room had an enclosed balcony, there was no seating which we found odd. However, after asking at reception, 2 chairs were provided for which we were grateful. The negatives were not enough closet and wardrobe space. We had one drawer each apart from a small bedside drawer."

"The staff were so kind and helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. Walking distance to many great locations, including the beautiful waterfront, Gastown, and a short bus ride or drive to Stanley Park. Highly reccommend! Delicious food available at the restaurant, too. "

"The property was clearly in 1960s redo. The bones of it were very old, but it was very clean and somewhat updated. The bathroom was very small with small sink and bathtub. Those were not updated. The staff was wonderful very helpful. It was in a very good location also."

"This is the perfect hotel to stay pre-or post cruise when you are in Vancouver. The area is wonderful with many great restaurants.The views are wonderful with the float planes and the ferries and the ships. The staff at the hotel are excellent. The rooms are beautiful. "
