My room had just been cleaned as I had to wait and I went upstairs with the concierge as he has my case. It smelt of smoke and he went and got some air freshener and sprayed the room. Shangri-La Eros, New Delhi
Room was Non Smoking but was filled with tobacco odour. But later they changed the room Check-in staff was very rude and weirdly unfriendly Rooms are little cramped. Tamara staff was good 👍
