showerroom doesn’t have a fan which makes the room really humid and smelly. staff are always asking for tips but are not doing any service. although we reserved the room 3 months in advance, the staff didn’t know about it. not worth staying

This was an ok hotel considering it’s not expensive. staff were friendly and helpful. But the decor of the rooms doesn’t quite match the impression in the photos, and the bathroom could have been cleaner. Not bad though if you’re on budget.

By enrolling such hotels Expedia will lose your reputation as we tourists expect some kind of preassessment made by you before you enlist then It’s not only the price but value for money in terms of guest devices which is a critical factor in hospitality industry. Except for the prime location this hotel does not focus on Guest servicing upkeep of infrastructure like lift door room lock conditions air condition function etc

Please do not Book any Room here. The worst place

The worst holiday we ever had. This hotel claims to be 3 star, however when we checked in there were no towels, no toilet paper, no hot water. Breakfast is only paratha and breads with tea thast's all. British?DO NOT BOOK!!!! I have never posted a bad review as I always just make the most of my holidays and have a good time and just post good reviews for those hotels that deserve it however this place is sooooo bad I just had to come on here and warn people to stay away. Very rude receptionist, This is the worst hotel I have ever been. Food is awful,service inadequate.The hotel is terrible, they never change the towels, everything is very dirty and so unclean.

Window in room was cracked, no hot water in the hotel - had to shower with a bucket, phone and air conditioner didn't work. Staff weren't helpful when concerns were raised.

Old budget hotel in nice location

The hotel was right by the train station and near a buseling street. The lobby was verry nice but the room were pretty run down, which is always disappointing. Not the best but no the worst. If you are budget consious then it is a decent choice.

정말 최악의 호텔이다

이미지와 다를것이라고는 어느정도 예상했었지만 이 정도로 최악일줄은 몰랐다. 처음에 안내받은 룸에 들어갔을때는 정말 충격적이었다. 침대커버는 음식물이 흘려져 빨간 얼룩이 있었고 이불에는 물 자국 같은게 남아있고 베개에는 머리카락도 있었다. 더군다나 에어컨은 시원한 바람도 나오지 않았고 세면실에 구비되어야할 샴푸,바디워시,타월도 갖춰지지 않았다. 또한 냉장고를 열어봤는데 정말 이걸 사용하라고 하는건지 악취가 났다. 제대로 되어있는게 단 하나도 없었다. 그래서 너무 열받아서 같이 온 벨보이한테 얘기를 하니까 영어를 못하는건지 못알아듣는척 하는건지 대책도 없이 그냥 나가버렸다 이런 태도도 어이가 없었다. 나는 도저히 이 방을 쓸수가 없어서 안내데스크 직원을 불러서 이런저런 설명을 하니까 그제서야 바꿔주더라. 내가 아무말을 하지 않았다면 그냥 이 방을 쓰게 할려는 생각이였는가?라는 생각이 들면서 정말 화가 났었다. 그리고 마지막으로 호텔 내에 엘리베이터가 있었는데 4박5일동안 묵으면서 단 하루도 사용하지를 못하였다. 첫날 갔을때 고장나있길래 언제 고쳐지냐고 물어보니까 오늘 기사를 불렀으니 내일 와서 고쳐줄꺼다 혹시 안고쳐지면 내 방을 1층으로 옮겨줄게라고 말을 하였다. 하지만 나는 퇴실할때까지 4층까지 계단을 사용해야만 했다. 나는 이 호텔을 다시는! 사용하고 싶지않다.

Unverschämt

Ich habe das Hotel für mich und meinen Verlobten gebucht.Leider könnten wir nicht einchecken weil mein verlobter in delhi gemeldet ist..Wir sind nachts direkt vom Flughafen aus Goa gekommen total fertig und die haben uns einfach ohne jegliche Hilfe auf der Strasse stehen lassen.,dazu noch unfreundlich und unverschämt..Nie wieder..Ich habe mir 1000 mal die Hotelinformationen durchgelesen und nirgendwo könnte ich dazu etwas finden.Nichts.Traurig.
