The rooms and coordoors smelled of smoking and it shows as no smoking hotel.
There was no hot water, tv and room phone did not work.
In the morning at 5 am they told me they did not charge for the room, I give a credit card to charge to and there matchiine did not work they asked me to pay cash.. I dis not had that much rupees and I end up pay in Canadian dollars

Extremely bad hotel
I am a gold member and i never really like to give negative feedback but this was a very bad unbelievable experience.
The hotel staff gave me a downgraded room first before i insisted on getting my presidential suite.
The room smelled bad, tv was not working, cleaning staff left used towels inside the basin post room cleaning
The elevator did not work during my stay

While I booked this Hotel, it displayed free airport transfer. After booking, I called the Hotel Front Desk and asked to arrange the free airport shuttle. The front desk staff confirmed the arrangement of airport pick up. However, after arriving at the Hotel, the front desk staff collected more than the double the regular taxi fare from me.
The hot water was not working, even after reporting to the front desk staff. Then after waiting for 2 hours, they allowed us to take shower in another room.
Towels were very dirty and the front desk staff, didn't provide the towels on time, and I had to repetedly ask them.
Overall, terrible experience.
