Only a brief transit stay but I was impressed with communication and helpfulness of staff, they booked taxis for me from and to airport (which I was grateful for as a solo female traveller on a flight that landed early in the morning). Room was super clean, shower was good, bed and pillows very clean and very comfortable. Excellent selection of food and drinks at breakfast.

Friendly and attentive staff. Room was clean and comfortable. Ibis is a great value for the price point when traveling in and out of the Delhi airport area. I often stay at a Marriott property and pay for their amenities that I did not use. Ibis fit my needs better for this particular trip.

Great location and excellent walkability to local restaurants and shops. The hotel decor is hip and appears to be fairly new, but a closer, deeper look reveals the actual age of the infrastructure. Regardless, the the convenience of location and friendliness of staff make this an excellent option in Aerocity. I would stay here during a future visit.

Pool area is very nice. Nearby shopping mall (10 minute walk) had full complement of shops and restaurants both fast food and sit down full Menu choices. There is an ATM on lower level of mall.

As a solo female traveler, I felt safe the moment I walked in. Staff were friendly and helpful. I really liked how energy conservation was thought out. Although I could not find the switch to turn off the bedside lights, I just had to remove my key from the power sensor. Please note that outlets have switches too so don’t plug in and expect your phone to be charging. Breakfast was AMAZING! Everything was vegetarian and super flavorful. I tried a little of everything and it was by far the best breakfast buffet I’ve experienced abroad. A short taxi to the airport makes this an obvious choice.

It’s a convenient location to the airport. The Aerocity mall is nearby and has tons of restaurants and shopping. However, the room was very small. The bed side lamp or light needs to be replaced as they didn’t give proper switches. There isn’t good coffee. The shower did not have proper amenities such as good body wash or a nice bar of soap. They only gave 1 towel in my room. There is a step from the bathroom to the room that you have to watch out for, otherwise you’ll trip!
