Disliked: Staff & service
When I reached there I was made to wait saying some guests are about to check out and currently there is no room available ( I was told this which is totally unprofessional as I had made my reservation a week earlier). Also I was show room at different hotel in different location which I denied. During payment I was told that you have to pay first then only you can keep your stuff inside the room. I didn’t had exact amount with me that time and there was no option for card payment and I needed to visit ATM but this behaviour of staff was really rude.
