Helpful staff - arranged late night dinner and early breakfast and also called a taxi for airport drop off on a timely manner.
Economical stay for a quick transit stop close to the airport.
Everything was good staff was very helpful & chefs were Nice they packed the breakfast sandwichs for us Early morning @ 6.oo am because our flight was @10.00 am. All our week's of holiday in India this hotel has Best shower. I definitely recommend this to everyone who is visiting in New Delhi
The reception staff very helpful and friendly. The rooms are very clean. The food is good. The surrounding area is not good. Very dusty roads, No shops, no restaurants, no malls, no metro.

Firstly they provided me with a room that was smelly and without exhaust or any ventilation. After they moved me to another room, the room service was pretty disappointing. I ordered for lemon water that was delivered to me after an hour. Then I ordered for food that was delivered late as well and whenever I called the room service they said the order is on the way which was never on the way. Lastly, I asked them to give me a wake up call at 3 am in the morning with morning tea as I had an early morning flight to catch, no one woke me up and there was no morning tea. Overall very much disappointed with the service. The 2 persons at reception were the only ones who were helpful, but the rest of the service was disgusting.
