Avinash and his staff at the first floor bar & restaurant were great. So was the staff at the front desk laundry is a little expensive per item dry cleaning is what’s really available, don’t pay for laundry dry cleaning only.

Hotel is easy to reach by taxi. Room was in a good condition. Very friendly staff at the reception, café and concierge! Variety and quality of food for breakfast and dinner was excellent! We tried a la carte as well as buffet for dinner. We enjoyed Indian cuisine!

The hotel staff are wonderful. The breakfast was amazing with wait staff and chefs very attentive. We got put in the last available non smoking room…it was a disabled room so not really suitable for us. We got moved out later the next day. We used the spa. A haircut for my husband and body scrub for me. Price was fantastic and staff pleasant and professional. The hotel doesn’t have much around it so meals need to be eaten at the hotel (about AUD$50 for an extensive buffet dinner. Overall this was a good stay as we were leaving on a tour from here.

The staff go out of their way to make your stay comfortable and are so courteous. I cannot say enough about how great I felt about the customer service. The hotel is not centrally located. There are not many places to walk to, but then again, you don’t want to walk around too much when it’s so hot outside. I mainly used Uber to get around and greatly appreciated to have a nice comfortable and clean room to come back to.

Hotels in the heart of New Delhi

When I first entered the room I was assigned, there was a strong odor coming from the bathroom. So, I requested a room change, and the new room had no issues. I stayed for five days, and while everything was clean, the food was delicious, and the staff were always friendly, you need to keep in mind that the hotel is located right next to a main road, so the noise from the traffic can be quite loud until 10 p.m. Although the hotel might be close to famous tourist spots, it's a bit disappointing that it's hard to find clean restaurants nearby.

Very nice building and indeed rooms and shower etc. but it was cold in Delhi, and the room did not get above 17C. I asked for a heater on 3 times and one finally arrived on the 3rd night. The Buffet meals were great (both breakfast and dinner) but I for a poached egg at breakfast and after a long wait had a disappointing result. The staff were certainly polite but as an example, the heater just didn't arrive until I really made a fuss.

Very comfortable stay in Delhi close to central areas and suburbs in the NCR especially NOIDA, Saket, Faridabad. Staff is very attentive and responsive. Sumptuous meal buffets.

The stay was good and service was excellent. Sunny, Kabook and Vijay from housekeeping/services receive special mention. While housekeeping does a good job, it would be good to get the carpets also vaccumed as part of the daily housekeeping.
