I could sit in the lobby which was great and after talking to the reception at 08.00 my room was ready after 15 minutes which was very nice. "The welcome on arrival was both warm and helpful and during our stay any questions we had were handled helpfully and professionally. The standard room was clean and comfortable and the limited space well used. Next time I will probably book a comfort room. We did not eat at the hotel other than lunch for which there was a menu with plenty of choice. Parking was easy and plentiful. The hotel is situated in a park area where there are lots of opportunities for walking and cycling. The hotel is some distance from the centre and there is an excellent bus service within a short walk and discounted tickets available from reception."
