"We have now had several occasions to stay at this property. Besides being centrally located in the vibrant heart of the riverfront area it is, in and of itself, a quality hotel of the first order, with a helpful staff and great amenities. Very close to just about anything you might like to see and do in Wilmington or, on a rainy day, very much a destination in itself, including a quite nice restaurant. Highly recommended."

"Very clean , easy check in even accommodated a very late check in do to travel plans changing. We were in town looking at houses for relocating so we weren’t in the room much but the bed was very comfortable and I slept great."

"Lots of extra expenses! No complimentary coffee in the lobby (was told I could buy some at the Starbucks in the lobby). Parking options were confusing (and pricey). Staff members were friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable, but would have liked to have a microwave. Amenities were listed on the inside of the entry door. Would prefer to have a brochure that I could read sitting down. We don't plan to stay there in the future."

"Everything was great with the exception of having a few ants in our room. Staff were accommodating, attentive and friendly. The overall hotel was in good condition. Starbucks onsite. Location - good proximity to beach, downtown. Comfortable. Gym has everything one would need for a good workout. "
