"Fantastic location. Chose to be bayside this vacation, but the ocean side was just a hop,skip, and a jump away. Breakfast was included. Very nice breakfast buffet! Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Had an exceptional stay. Rooms very clean and roomy. Air conditioner worked very well. Private parking for vehicles. Would definitely book another stay at the Hyatt Place."

"The hot breakfast was AMAZING! The hotel was clean, but smelled like a weird mix of lavender, vanilla, and sweaty armpit. The front desk staff were very helpful and we loved the later checkout time of 11:00 AM! Also, the water pressure in the shower was excellent. Although the SALT WATER pool is small and fills up quickly, we had a great time swimming in it. The hotel is a 20-minute drive from the Rehoboth Beach boardwalk, but the cost was reasonable! Overall, we had a lovely and memorable family vacation!"

"Loved that the property was on the beach. We had the ocean view room that wasn't oceanfront, but it was amazing. My husband and I will be making yearly trips here. Can't wait until next year"

"We enjoyed our stay. The canal view was great. There is nothing remarkable about the rooms. They are older but well maintained. The place is also quite likely due to no pets and concrete block walls. It's very easy to get to the beach and places to shop and eat and play within walking distance. It's a great no frills family owned establishment."

"It is an older property but has been maintained and renovated to keep it comfortable and clean. Not a lot of amenities but the necessary things like refrigerator in room, ice machines and in-room microwave. Overall, a good place to stay for beach goers."
