"The section where the queen rooms are, is tremendously different (in a bad way) than where the king rooms are. I stayed there for a week and almost every day there was some lady outside my room window (which is next to the parking lot) who would be screaming and shouting on top of her voice and at times 5 in the morning and I would wake up due to her screaming. How in the first place this hotel got such good ratings on Expedia (surpassing other better hotels in the same area). The breakfast was below average. Best Western which next to this hotel is far better. Hotel should also put some effort on the grooming of their staff."

"Okay so first You will NEVER be treated better Staff throughout the entire hotel could not do enough to please Now try to get an inside room so that street noise doesn’t bother you It’s important to remember that this Hotel is well over 100 years old and so Keeping things authentic and accommodating everyone is a tall order. "The room was the worst I have ever seen. Look like they were using sheets from the other guest. As soon as I brought a sandwich in the room there were thousands of black ants that were aggressive all over the room. My clothes, my bed, on my body. I hope I don't get infected by these ants. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to my worst enemy."
