"I went to stay to watch my grand daughter play all let the guy at the desk that I had a support dog I am not suppose to be charged for he never asked for my paperwork I had with me just shared his head didn’t realize until I was heading home that they charged me $35 dollars besides my stay."

"I would have given a better review however I choose my hotel based upon availability of a hot tub after traveling across the country. One hotel listed that their hot tub was out of service for this week so I went with this hotel. Sadly, we got checked in and wanted to relax in the hot tub and found it was not working. When I questioned the front desk, they said it had to be repaired. But when the remote control for the TV did not work, they came right up with a new one. "

"Came for work & have been before many times over past 30yrs. It’s holding up! Spa area has been updated. Good food/drink options. Sadly they removed hot tub from locker room area. "

"We loved it. Staff was amazing and helpful at any time. We turned our spa tub on for our 7 year old and it wasnt clean...left weird spots all over and we pulled him out immediately. But 5 stars all around. It was an amazing stay, the kids were happier than ever and the tub didnt deter any opinions. We will be back!"
