"I had an exceptional experience at the Shangri-La Hotel in Dubai. We hired a car to get around and the you can valet park your car here for free if you’re a guest and even the valet staff were brilliant. If you’re staying here, make sure to visit the viewing platform at the hotel. The view of Dubai’s skyline is absolutely stunning and not to be missed. "Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Dubai. It is in a great location downtown and is super easy to get to from the airport using the metro. I had the best experience across my whole stay from the bellboys and reception staff when I first arrived, to the cleaners and breakfast staff who provided the best efficient service daily. The hotel also has a shuttle to Dubai Mall and Kite Beach which was always on time and a nice addition to the stay. Thank you to all the team at Dusit Thani for amazing stay in Dubai. "
