Unfortunately, we don’t remember the name of the front desk agent who helped us, but we do know she is originally from the Philippines. We want to highlight her kindness, professionalism, and willingness to assist us at all times. She truly made us feel welcome from the very first moment and made our stay much easier. The hotel’s location is very convenient, close to all of our points of interest, which made our trip even more comfortable.
