"The room had a mold, mildew smell the air conditioning. I cannot turn the temperature up. The sheets felt damp, and when I checked out, it looked like the desk clerk had been sleeping when I came up to the front desk."

"The breakfast was not what I expected: the buffet was incomplete, there was no variety of yogurt, no eggs, and the scrambled eggs were cold. The selection of ham and cheese was meager, and by 8:30 AM, the spread was practically empty. I also found the parking area to be unsafe, with unsavory-looking people loitering in the vicinity. The housekeeper kept knocking on the room door outside of cleaning hours. On the second day, she became annoyed because we hadn't yet vacated the room, even though we asked her to wait just 10 minutes. On the third day—our day of departure—she arrived at 10:00 a.m., even though I had until 11:00 a.m. to check out."

"Property and staff were fine. My issue is with the Hotel.com app. I had to end my trip early and I have reached out in an attempt for reimbursement but no luck."

"Great spot, close to everything"

"This was my second time staying here. I really do love it there it is quiet and very relaxing. Only about 1 block to the beach and a very short walk to all shops. I took 1 star away because when we left the room for the beach they cleaned the room and we put our dirty towel on the ground so they knew they were dirty and they just picked them up and folded them back up for us to reuse. I will still stay they again because other than that I love that place."

"Ive have tried 4 hotels in Deerfield and this was the best of the bunch (inexpensive and working in the area for weeks here) should have picked them first instead of trying the others.... breakfast, fridge in room, always coffee down stairs, very safe. Could use a coat of paint for sure but for business was the best 100$ room so far."
