"The tv was 9 years old, but the breakfast was very, very good every piece of food was fresh and they changed the menu every day and I liked the customer service responded to me well with my phone number, and they work on the phones in the rooms. The shelf in bathroom already fell over when I got there and they were missing some metal stuff to put in there to keep it from tipping over, so it was hard to find the blow dryer for my hair which I don't use except I'm in a hotel just because it's already there and the shower gel were all very nice and high quality. I appreciated all of them."

"The hotel is in poor condition, arrived with my family and were scared to stay there just with the condition of the hotel and the people on the parking lot and hotel corridors. Very sketchy and didn’t look safe. We ended up not staying, afraid someone was going to break into our room and vehicle. "

"This 104 year old hotel holds the most beautiful architectural and original design in excellent preservation ! Even the cute antique elevator. The fact that it’s in the historical Winter Park area it gives a sense of and enchanted village, train station mear the hotel picks up passengers near à beautiful garden clean street and landscaping . Very safe area to walk and visit all the cute shops and restaurants . Definitively will revisit in spring again ."

"Knowleable front desk staff, friendly. Clean spacious room. Quiet area on property and surrounding area however very close to dining, shopping. Unfortunately, we did have a very loud air-conditioning unit in our room when operated. Sounded like a jack hammer. I didn't advise front desk however. Secret Lake Park is mentioned by the hotel as being close by so we took a short drive. It was beautiful. I recommend checking it out. After check out I realized I had lef5 something behind in the room. I sought out cleaning staff, was lucky enough to get supervisor/manager and she took great care of me. I believeher name is Sherri. TY to her. I was able to retrieve my item. Will definitely stay again."
