"I got this hotel because it said it had a jacuzzi, but it was green and full of dead bugs. Pool was also dirty, elevator stopped working and our room was on the 3rd floor. Ice machine was also not working on the 3rd floor we had to go to the 1st floor to get ice very inconvenient!!! We also had to disconnect our TV for 10 sec so the remote would work. VERY DISSAPOINTED!!!!"

"Parking was avaliable around the property. The location was perfect for an event that was attending at the Pasadena Fairgrounds, located 10mins away. Staff was very helpful and the cleanliness was outstanding. The pool and fitness center we're great and having breakfast at the location was a plus, didn't need to go looking out for somewhere to eat. Overall this place was more than what was expecting and I'd be more than happier to stay here again."
