"Upon checkin the front desk gal charged me $50 more than my Expedia reservation, when I asked why, she stated the room rates where $269 a night, I said don't you have to honor the Expedia rate, and at first she acted like no, then when I showed her the reservation, she then changed her tune and stated it was a $25 security deposit per night, that would go towards my $75 pet fee. Unbelievable. The washcloths and hand towels are hidden in a drawer that I couldn't see until we where getting ready to leave and I was looking for something under the sink. The hotel itself was clean and breakfast was good. But we won't be back if this is their dishonest process for charges."

"Upon arrival we were informed all of management is brand new within the last 4-6 weeks; further noting the previous management did not take very good care of the place. Overall, staff was welcoming, kind, and open to feedback. Parking was excellent, no need to pay additionally like some places across the country. Cleanliness was okay, it wasn't terrible but it wasn't great. Here's what I noticed: - the grout in the showers could have been cleaned a bit better - the shampoo stripped ALL of the oil from my hair, was thankful I brought my own conditioner - the toliet was slow to flush unless you held the handle down for a specific amount of time - found 2 stink bugs in our room - electrical wires were coming out of a light fixture or smoke detector? I couldn't tell - electrical wiring was coming out of the air conditioner - the microwave cord was short, it was plugged into a power strip, which caused the power strip to hang from off the floor - the heat lamp or second light in the bathroom was not working There's still a lot to do, but I wish the new management the best of luck, and hope they can turn the place around."
