Скорее санаторий, чем просто отель

Отель вполне неплохой, для восточной Венгрии уж точно. Главное достоинство - это роскошные термальные ванны - по ощущениям практически не уступят тому же о. Искья, хотя, конечно, там термальные парки во много раз больше. Это отель для улучшения здоровья, в первую очередь. Обязательно сходите в крытые термальные бассейны (хотя и открытый весьма неплох)! В остальном всё достаточно средне, на 4 балла из 5. Немного удивило, что за вроде бы оплаченным ужином пить можно только платные напитки. Хотя бы воду/кофе/чай можно было выдавать и бесплатно. Самое неблагоприятное - это цена, которая достаточно высока для 4*. После этого отеля жил в соседнем 5* в 3-4 минутах хода, он ощутимо лучше почти по всем показателям, а номер стоит как бы не вдвое дешевле. Так что оправдать выбор этого отеля можно только интенсивным использованием ванн и СПА, поскольку для постояльцев есть скидки. Ах да, ещё здешний WiFi почему-то рубит все лишние с точки зрения отельных IT-шников порты, так что браузер и мессенджеры работают, а вот всякие там "лишние" игры - нет. Зачем это сделано, не знаю, но это первый случай в моей биографии. Обошлось мне в 700 руб. за включение передачи данных в роуминге.

Lovely spa resort. Beautiful park for strolling. Loved the warm mineral pool. Nice room, friendly, accommodating staff. Nice that dinner and breakfast were included. Good food selection.

Dobra poloha, cisty hotel a super termal. Vetsi komplex chodeb a vstupu, parkoviste trochu dal od budovy. Velmi dobra kuchyn s vyberem jidla.

Personal nett, Ausstattung top, schönes Wellness-Bereich. Was ich nicht gut fand, dass ich Halbpension gebucht habe und für die Getränke beim Abendessen (auch für ein Glas Wasser) musste ich bezahlen!

Good but...

Bed was too low, bed linens were not cleaned well enough, shower was a small pod/cubicle, no prices for laundry if needed becsause they would send out and it would be added to your room bill, if anything was purchased it would be added to your room or paid for in their currency, asked for a martini and either didn' know how to make it or didn't have the liquor needed, did not provide slippers or washcloth, meals were buffet style but tasty, children running/jumping in hallways near my room early morning and just throughout the day.

Hotel recently and very nice refurbished,very clean and cosy rooms,good bathroom,good and various food. But the thermal baths are the best point,the world of sauna also, these are the main reasons we checked in in this hotel for 5 years!

Great hotel, kids loved it! Amazing food!

Had some little problems, but hotel staff solved it! Clean, nice , really good for families. Buffet has amazing Hungarian foods! If we are in Debrecen again we for sure staying here!

Wonderful spa and wellness hotel

My friend and I had a wonderful time. We took full advantage of the free amenities like the breakfast and dinner buffets as well as the thermal pools. We also enjoyed the reasonably priced treatments, undertaken by a trained staff. Many of the staff spoke English and everyone was very accommodating, even when we didn't share a common language. Highly recommended.

After the renovation the hotel allows a pleasant stay The hotel's location allows beautiful park adjacent to hike The combination with thermal area and the ability to enter during the day give the possibility to engage in health and pleasure from modern and very well organized   Saunas require a separate fee but worth every penny The visit went written on the subject of old towels but unfortunately not replaced News Robe I used was from 2012 and the towels since 2002 The hotel is suitable for people who want to come to engage in health Even when it's cold out there at the gym unlikely that allows sports All offers tour around are not serious Even downtown there's nothing to do for tourists who comes from a modern

황당한 호텔 입구.

밤 12시가 막 넘어서 도착. 주차장 입구 사람이 없이 바리케이트가 막고 있어서 입구를 잘못 찾은 줄 알고 다른 입구를 찾아서 호텔주변 차로 1시간여를 헤맸음. 결국 다시 캄캄한 주차장 입구에서 겨우 작은 버튼을 눌러서 들어감. 1시간 넘은 상황에 짐을 끌고 호텔입구도착 했는데 안쪽은 불꺼져 있고, 리셉션은 2층. 버튼을 여러번 누르며 10여분 후에 사람이 나옴. 악몽같았던 체크인이었음. 홈페이지에 다른 설명보다 차를 갖고 갈 경우 입구 사진과 진입 방법, 늦은 시간 도착시 체크인 방법에 대한 설명이 필요한 곳임.

in town for a conference

Aquaticum is right off the tram line and is at the edge of NagyErdo...a beautiful park with walking and biking paths, ponds, and nice areas to relax. The hotel room was immaculate, comfortable, and spacious. Each room has a balcony and a drying rack for your towels and bathing suits. There is a huge complex of indoor and outdoor thermal baths, areas specifically for families with children, including very small children. THe food was good and featured a wide variety of foods, including some health foods. Overall a wonderful experience.
