Villa Odette seems to be the functional part of La Closerie Residence in Deauville. Not necessarily so easy to find. Hotel location is good. There is an extensive spa operation. Plus underground parking for a fee. Hotel foyer is glamorous. My room (in less glamorous Villa Odette) was clean, comfortable, but small with no a/c (I had to ask at reception for a fan). But with kettle/coffee making kit etc and it had a lovely view out over nice lawns. Bathroom, however, was small and shower very weak. On my visit, there was some dispute whether breakfast was included in the deal, or not. I was told verbally at reception that it was. When I went to check it, I was told very firmly that it wasn't. So although I didn't particularly want breakfast, I then had to pay for it after all. That was a disappointing end to my stay.

Great stay with friends

Perfectly situated, very cute villa, comfortable room and beds. Spa was a little bit crowded because the heat drew everyone to the pool at the Closerie next door. We could even see the horses training before the race at the hippodrome from our 2nd floor window.

Spoilt by noisey very very loud disc in hotels party room. Until 1am. In the room it said no noise after 10pm.!

We took the biggest and the most expensive room in this hotel. The room had an amazing big kitchen, yet no normal shelves in the bathroom. Room was big, bed was a tiny queen size. No air conditioner Phone in the room has no connection to the reception/room service/housekeeping etc. For us, the cold welcome, unfriendly attitude - were a first time experience and hopefully the last one.

Un emplacement et un cadre privilégiés, appartement joliment décoré. Nous avons également apprécié de pouvoir profiter du jardin. Quelques bémols: à l'arrivée, le ménage n'est pas à la hauteur d'un établissement 4 étoiles (terrasse et mobilier d'extérieur non nettoyés et poubelle non vidée), une mini savonnette pour 4 personnes, c'est insuffisant ! et en dépit d'une demande réitérée, pas de bouilloire.

Excellent accueil, personnel très sympathique et aimable, séjour très agréable; petit bémol pour la propreté de la piscine et du jacuzzi, mais surtout à cause de l'irrespect des gens qui trempent leurs pieds dans le pédiluve avec leurs tongs ou qui mettent de la terre dans le jacuzzi! Difficile de surveiller tout le monde! Par contre, une très jolie chambre, très bien décorée avec une literie plus que parfaite. Très bon petit déjeuner. Un hôtel à conseiller!

Très déçue

Le prix et les 4 étoiles ne sont pas justifiés! Chambre et couloirs vieillots, canapé dépliant pas confortable du tout pour dormir, ascenseur vite en surcharge, vue sur un toit…l’espace piscine et l’accueil relèvent le niveau mais je n’y retournerai pas.
