"Room and common areas were spotless. Everything smelled fresh too. Bed/linens very comfortable. Staff were super friendly at check in/check out. Breakfast was substantial and constantly refreshed. Waffle bar, breakfast sandwiches, bacon, sausage, yogurt, cereal, oatmeal packets, bagels/toast."

The Kate
"This is not a Hotel. It is primarily rental apartments. There is no reception desk. You have to call someone to come to the site to assign your room. The rooms are just that - a very small room with a very hard bed. I’d equate it to a motel 6 or a college dorm."
