The cottage is immaculately clean and has everything you could wish for for a short and longer stay. The cottage is very spacious and also peaceful and quiet so you can enjoy a truly relaxing time away. Great location to explore the coastline or Kent in land. I would love to come back in future to have the same experience again. Thanks for everything. "

"Check in was simple and easy, Room was a lovely size with a king size bed. Bathroom was clean and tidy with a walk in shower and rainfall shower. Breakfast was good, typical buffet with hot and cold options. All the staff were brilliant, friendly and very helpful. "

"Had a great room at front on top floor with great sea view. Room and hotel were clean. Did not have breakfast. Possibly understaffed. One night we got back at 9:30 and bar was closed. Lift was out Ok for us but was a problem for some other guests. Would probably use again . Hard to choose between this and the nearby voco."

"The kitchen was closed when we arrived. Later service may be appreciated. Our room also had a very squeaky floor so I pity the people below us. View was beautiful and shower was hot, bed was clean and fresh. Staff were not always at their post at the front desk but we never had to wait long."

"The room wash clean. The staff were friendly. The room was falling apart. Couldn't close bathroom door. Toilet seat kept slipping off the toilet. Bunkbed needed tightening up as very wobbly. So we moved top mattress to the floor. Swimming pool was lovely. Had shower room afterwards with no hot water at all. Great location. Rooms are probably prone to being trashed. If you are looking for somewhere to just put your head at night, then it is great. Don't expect anything else. "
