"The staff were extremely friendly, I especially want to give an honorable mention to Anas, who went above and beyond to make our experience even better. He was extremely kind, attentive, and genuinely helpful whenever we needed anything. His hospitality really stood out to us and made us feel so welcomed and taken care of. The property was beautiful, but the room had a mildew smell and the bathrooms were odd where the toilet was not in the same room as the sink or the shower."

"It's a beautiful hotel with friendly helpful staff. The rooms are huge and comfortable. There are two restaurants on the property, plus room service available. It is located about 20 minutes from the airport. I was able to use Expedia message with the property to arrange transportation from/to the airport for 25JOD each way. Once you arrive there isn't a lot nearby. There is an Icon entertainment center you could probably walk to (or a cheap ride). It's showing some age. In our room (125) the shower showed a lot of wear with rust and broken tiles. Also, there is no alcohol allowed on the property."

"We had an excellent stay at the Marriott Dead Sea. The hotel is beautiful, the location is perfect, and the service was outstanding from beginning to end. A special thank you to Rami Aljaarat, Front Desk Manager, who was extremely helpful and welcoming. He went above and beyond to make our stay special and kindly arranged an upgrade to a beautiful room with an amazing view of the Dead Sea. The room was comfortable, clean, and spacious, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. We truly appreciated Rami’s hospitality and attention to detail. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend the Marriott Dead Sea."
