Surprise when arriving

Big part of the Hotel was used to host (Ukrainian) refugees. This does definitely influence the atmosphere and service level. Would have liked to know this beforehand to weigh it in my choice.

Eenvoudig maar net hotel, alleen ondanks aanwezigheid van een restaurant geen mogelijkheid om een maaltijd te krijgen. Personeel kon ons ook geen advies geven waar we wel wat konden eten. Ontbijt konden we wel reserveren

INGEN SERVICE OVERHOVED.

Halløj og god morgen, Da vi ankom til hotel De Groote Zwaan, mødte vi et hotel der var fuldstændig mørkelagt og aflåst. Kl var ca. 19, og vi havde INGEN information fået hverken på mail, sms eller telefonisk. Utrolig ringe service eller rettere sagt INGEN service.

Jammer dat we geen drinkwater hadden een berichtje vooraf zou prettig geweest zijn, konden we water meenemen. Twee flesjes water voor twee personen en twee dagen is wel wat karig. Pluspunten : de kamer was keurig schoon gemaakt en bed opgemaakt toen we ‘smiddags terug kwamen. Pluspunt voor de schoonmaker.

Te warm in hotel de Grote zwaan.

Het hotel was redelijk. Badkamer niet tip top. Ontbijt en ontbijtruimte goe. Het was te warm in de hotelkamer en te weinig mogelijkheden om te ventileren.

Slecht niet nog een keer.

Kamer en douche in zeer slechte staat sterk gedateerd kun je eigenlijk geen gasten meer in ontvangen. Ontbijt was redelijk personeel vriendelijk.

Hotel is verouderd. met de elektrische installatie wordt de hand gelicht, behalve die van de fietsenstalling, die is goed. De badkamer is zeer gedateerd en vertoont sporen van schimmel. Vloerbedekking in het gebouw is nodig aan vernieuwing toe, vlekkerig en beschadigd. Het bed had aan mijn kant een doorzakking van zeker 20 cm (kuil). Het grote voordeel van het hotel is dat het in een prachtige (fiets)omgeving ligt en dat het personeel vreselijk zij/haar best doet.

Das Hotel liegt ruhig aber müsste mal renoviert werden. Das Personal ist nicht gerade freundlich. An der Rezeption und am Frühstücksbuffet kann man schon mal lange warten bis jemand kommt. Wir hatten ein Comfort-Zimmer gebucht aber nur ein Standard-Zimmer bekommen. Auf Nachfrage hat man uns genervt gesagt wir hätten ein höhere Kategorie bekommen als wir gebucht hätten. Es gibt dort aber nur 2 Kategorien. Für 1 Nacht aber nicht länger kann man das Hotel buchen.

Bij aankomst bleek onze kamer per abuis niet te zijn schoongemaakt;we kregen direct een andere - grotere - kamer. Bed en douche prima, handdoeken wat beperkt (1 badhanddoek per persoon plus 1 douchemat). Verder eenvoudig maar prima en schoon.
