"Expedia needs to please get in touch regarding this booking. This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. I was checked into a room that was still under maintenance. A used toilet plunger was outside the door upon arrival. Broken bathroom shelving, bathroom shower broken and no hot water, toilet not affixed to the floor and a box of cigarettes in the bathroom. Also the mini fridge was not cleaned and glass shelving left on room floor. And cobwebs on the balcony glass sliding door. I was told that Keith the maintenance person who was brought up to the room by the manager Ave, neglected to say that the room was not prepared for guests.
When moved to another room the next day, it had a continuous leaking bathroom faucet, a broken latch for the balcony door (major safety hazard) many small ants and baby cockroaches. I couldn’t sleep a wink and had to leave all the lights on all night.
And unfortunately, all surrounding hotels were fully booked and we had to stay the 3 nights and left first thing at checkout. There was no agreement of compensation when before we left and when asked to see a manager was told no one was available due to being in n meetings all day! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!! And if I wasn’t concerned about my safety and my daughter’s safety I would have stayed in my car! I am demanding a full refund."
