"I live locally and just wanted a quick night away, I have stayed at Beachside before but not since 2021. I stayed on the 2nd floor oceanfront with a balcony. I appreciate the updates since my last stay. The staff is always great. The grab and go breakfast is perfect. I accidentally discovered the

"It is not the newest of hotels.. but the beach front was so wonderful, the staff was amazing, the pool was clean and refreshing. there is light breakfast included. Lots of parking spaces and much to do near by. great location, family friendly, quiet and the staff was always available asking if anything they could do to make stay even more delightful! it will be my go place to stay when visiting florida"

"The view from balcony was great. Older hotel, toilet very low, asked for another room with an ADA toilet. Staff was very nice and got us another room. Went into kitchenette area and saw a huge palmetto bug, Staff, same lady came and killed bug and sweep behind refrig (disposing of a couple other dead bugs. Felt bad for lady at the desk she was very nice. checked out the next morning "

"Staff was quick and very nice at check in and check out. The property was very busy but there was still parking available and the hotel was relatively quiet for being as busy as it was. Rooms are a little dated but over all maintained well. Only issue we had was that the popcorn ceiling in the bathroom was starting to peel noticably and dropping on floor in bathroom. We had the kitchen room and all appliances worked. Coffee maker was unusable as it was filthy inside but we made due without it....
