"Location was the best for our trip. Staff was real good. The buiding is good but it really needs to be updated. No USB chargers in rooms, fixtures are old . Didn't like the no smoking on personal patio, but that's from a smokers perspective. Will I stay there again , nope"

"This property has many amenities. Unfortunately, we came on a holiday weekend for which they were totally understaffed for. They could not keep up with anything, but much of it was due to the customers gone wild. There were so many kids in each pool throwing balls, no one could get in without getting hit. And, the water in the pool was nasty dirty. There were no towels, and large groups housed the tables all day, BBQs, etc - even spread on the beach going back and forth with XXX music blaring from a woofer they set up. Terrible for the kids all over the place. The reprieve of our updated & rather nice and comfortable room came very late - it was after 6 before it was ready along with around a dozen others I saw still waiting too. The next day, they were able to recover, however, a real winner hit my car on the way out, never to stop, and I find their cameras didn't capture it (or so they said). The coffee and donuts were really nice, and everything was cleaned up. The property has a lot of maintenance improvement needed that could make a big difference."

"No one was at the desk upon arrival we're around the corner eating, one person. She didn't smile she barely spoke. Elevator opened to a humid, very hot corridor, room smelled like cheese, when is back down to request another room and I waited 15 minutes for someone to show. No one. I even knocked on the employee only doors, nothing. I called, could hear the phone ringing, nothing. I got to the new room and turned on the lights and the bed and bathroom cooked clean enough and at seven in the evening chose to get ready for dinner and call it a day. I went to change and upon stepping on the carpet it was damp. I went to look out the balcony and there were ashes on the rail and rotting food someone through over. Upon getting in the shower that keep me when I came back from dinner there was a booger on the wall so I know for a fact nothing in the shower was cleaned. I went to turn around and the drain seal came off and heel went in! The pictures do you see online must have been taken when the property was first new. I cannot believe Hyatt allows this. I checked out over 4 hours ago and still have not received an email of any charges or receipt. Never again."

"This was the worst experience ever. The hallways and elevators stunk. Construction going on all over the hotel. The entrance to the beach was closed so you had to get in the car and pay when it should have been free. Got there and was told I had to pay $15 a day to park in THERE parking lot. The parking lot was horrible to get in and out of. Parking lot was under construction also. Pool was filthy bugs floating all over, dead frogs and full of sand. Staff was rude at the desk."

"We stayed for one night on our way to Miami. It looks like they are in the middle of renovating the property. The outside is a little shabby but the rooms were super clean and up to date! We were able to walk from our room right out onto the beach. The pool was empty and in disrepair on our visit but we weren't interested in that amenity. If you are, you may want to check on that. Overall great stay and totally worth the price of admission!"
