"The resort offered a decent overall experience, but there were a few noticeable drawbacks. Only two out of the four elevators were operational, which caused some inconvenience and wait time. Housekeeping service was inconsistent in quality, and the pool area could have been cleaner. Overall, the property would benefit from improved maintenance. "

"It’s a Best Western so we knew what we were getting for a short stay. However for the price and comfortable bed this hotel beat my expectations. Yes it’s a bit rough but for $100 next to the speedway it was a good deal."

"Breakfast was good and are room over looked the beach. We had a great time! The hotel is older but definitely worth the price in my opinion."

"Shower had no power on 4th floor, water barely came out. No shampoo in shower bottle and after telling them, next day it was full but pump to get it out was broken… and no conditioner was offered. Bleach spots all thoughout carpets (offered lady at the desk to let GM know that’s what I do (color repair them), but not interested . Breakfast was ok… eggs were powdered and watery. Coffee was really good. Mattress was lumpy and pillows were flat. I would expect better from a Hilton."
