"We had such a great stay at the Hilton Daytona Beach Oceanfront Resort! The location was perfect — being right on the beach made everything so convenient and relaxing. We loved the restaurants and the pool bar. The atmosphere was fun, the resort was clean and well kept, and the staff was friendly throughout our stay. Definitely a great place for a beach getaway and we would absolutely stay here again!"

"The property is fully non smoking so if you smoke you can not smoke on the balcony even and must go out to the parking lot. Typically the balcony is fine. This was not mentioned in information online and would have affected where we stayed. The phones aren’t connected and you can’t call the Front desk. A key card quit working. My friend went to front desk and had it replaced. That one didn’t work either. So I went down and asked them to address the issue. They made me 3 more and sent me on my way. They didn’t work. Did this 1 more time. I feel they should have handled it and not made me or us spend hour+ going back and forth. Lectures us on keeping cats away from phones which we knew, and 1mention is fine but to keep telling us and saying it’s the problem was crazy. We knew and mine still worked anyway. It did get fixed. Our sliding door did not shut entirely, there was slways a small crack between door and frame and our entry door stuck and you had to push very hard to open and be sure to pull it closed and check it latched. Always it took a couple tries to get it opened before key access timed out and we had to rescan the key card. Had to request new towels 3times and ended up getting from a cleaning cart. Denied late checkout, which is only mildly irritating and wouldn’t mention if not for the other issues. Decent place, with issues, but at $200+ a night, very overpriced. Won’t stay here again. "

Uno de los puntos más negativos fue el servicio en el bar, donde prácticamente no recibimos la atención adecuada y siempre encontrábamos una actitud negativa por parte del personal. En ningún momento hubo disposición para solucionar situaciones o brindar una experiencia agradable. Lamentablemente, tampoco recibimos disculpas ante los inconvenientes presentados. Esperábamos un ambiente más cordial y un servicio orientado al cliente, pero nuestra experiencia fue totalmente lo contrario a pesar de haber pagado un exuberante precio de estadía."

"Television did not work, and the toilet was broken. We had to fix the toilet on our own. When we first checked in staff was friendly and accommodating. Near the end of our trip, the staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. The front desk staff acted like they didn’t want to be there."

"Have stayed in Daytona Beach many times and have tried many hotels. This was by far the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in at Daytona. The staff were great and security kept everything in check. Only negative was how early the pool bar and cafe close."

"Arrived to check-in and there was only one host at reception. She seemed very uncertain while helping the guests in front of me in line. It took her an hour to help them. Then when she started helping me it took 30 minutes. I am disabled and requested a accessable room. I was put in a room on the 2nd floor at the complete end of four hallways, next to the stairwell and as far away as possible from the elevator. The room was also not accessible as it had no grab bars and a highwalled bathtub. The room was also filthy. The bed was made and towels were put out but everything else was disgusting. The carpet was not vaccumed and had random sticky spots. There was hair and dirt in the bathtub. The headboard had tons of gross substances stuck to it that could have easily been wiped away. The mini fridge had tons of crumb sticky spots and a plastic wrapper inside. The room smelled like cigar smoke and vomit. And every single surface was sticky. The nightstands were the worst they each had multiple sticky rings from spilled drinks and when i tried to move the lamp over to get a picture, it was so sticky that is sounded like ripping off a piece of ductape. I requested a new room. I was given the room directly accrossed from my previous one. This one was also not accessible and MARGINALLY cleaner. I slept on top of the sheets. Genuinely one of the dirtiest places I've stayed in. "
