For the price, you get a comfortable room that does exactly what it needs to do—plus an ocean view on top of that. One of the highlights was being able to step straight out from my room and enjoy a morning run on the beach. That alone made the stay worth it.

The room was clean, no complaints there. Staff was very nice from check in to check out. Booked a beach view room with balcony or patio, was in room on ground floor so patio with access to pool.. beach view was nice. Parking limited but hotel offers additional options, this is going to be an issue at most hotels or motels in Daytona area so it was expected and not an issue. Only “problem” was guests directly above our room was stomping around (either children or parents chasing after children) - woke me up at 7am and after patiently awaiting them to leave or stop for an hour, called front desk who was very nice and noise stopped. I have never complained but it was extremely excessive - overall was happy with how it was handled. Have stayed here once before and would stay again.

I am not a high maintenance person. If you are this is not the place for you. I thought it was fine. You are literally right on the ocean. The upper floors have a great view of the ocean and the main floors have direct access to the pool. I don't know that I would want to spend a whole week here but we needed a place to stay for the night and wanted to be on the beach. The pool area and beach access was great. It had a little kichenette which we didn't really use but would have been helpful if we had been staying longer. It was clean. The room did have a little bit of a smell but they allow animals so I'm not surprised. Again, the room was clean though including the bathroom. This is a cheap, pet-friendly option and I am glad places like this exist so that not only rich people can enjoy beach access.
