"It was alright"

"Parking was easy, staff was kind, room was clean but could use a better paint job, economic amenities. You will be charged an extra $100 which you should receive back in 7-10 business days if the room is okay."

"Breakfast was okay, no beverages though. Juice machine was broken and nothing other than coffee."

"The smoke detector in my room was half-missing. I was told when I checked in where breakfast was, but in the morning there was some conference going on and while I was eating breakfast (second door on the left, as I was told), I was rudely spoken to about whether I was “with them” (“them” being the conference), as if I wasn’t supposed to be there. The pool area is beautiful, but I didn’t feel welcome at all as a guest. I was also traveling for work, but was treated as if my stay was odd and not accepted. "

"I was impressed with the great breakfasts and that my room was cleaned with my bed remade, towels refreshed, and garbages emptied. I can't remember the last time I've stayed somewhere when my room was cleaned during my stay. It was great! "
