"Front desk staff was AMAZING!! Very welcoming and accommodating A++. Room was nice, well appointed, however we found a huge clump of someone’s hair on the desk chair and some shredded cheese.
I let the front desk know and they offered to move us to another room. We were fine where we were, already ready for bed.
The front desk staff broiled us up free breakfast vouchers which was very nice.
$30.52 for valet parking for less than 12 hrs is ridiculous.
Our waitress for breakfast was by far the best part of our stay! She was delighted to help up, very attentive and friendly! She needs a raise! You want to keep the front desk staff and that waitress, you don’t find quality like that everywhere and train the housekeeping crew a little better!"
