Daylesford and the Macedon Ranges hotel rooms a the Independent

"Wonderful hotel in a beautiful area. We stayed in an executive suite and it was spacious and lovely. Great corner bath and big TV. The restaurant is downstairs and the dinner was wonderful. We got great wood fired pizza very near by which was great. There is no mini bar or room service. But a big fridge and tea and coffee making provided. Bar and restaurant were pricey but great cocktails. There are wonderful walking trails close by. The pool is big and super warm. We would definitely stay again. Check out is very early at 10.00am, so no time in the morning for pool or breakfast unless you are a very early riser. "

Bathroom has been renovated and was lovely. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Very quiet. A free breakfast was available in a central kitchen which felt just like home. Great touch. Would recommend to anyone"
