"Absolutely horrible! Will never stay there again! Breakfast was a JOKE! Disgusting food. Pour your own apple juice from an ALDI jug of juice! Staff was rude! The room was filthy and trashy! Holes in the wall, unfinished paint. Was only given 2 towels when we had 3 people. The towel rack was 1/2 empty. No towels in pool areas. Pool was disgusting. "

"The stay was not pleasant. The hotel was dismal. There was construction inside the hotel, with chairs/sofas against the walls in the hallways. The room did not smell fresh/clean. The hot tub was not available - it seems to be under construction. The breakfast was not good - it was subpar, with very few breakfast items and no fruits. I would like a refund."

"Hallways and elevators were very dirty. Carpet tiles in hallways were coming up. Room was clean, but dated. Beds were surprisingly very comfortable. Pool and hot tub heaters both broken and seem to have been broken for a long time, as algae was growing in the pool after we were told we could try swimming if we wanted (kids wanted to try, didn’t do more than dip their toes in). Check-in is weird. Phone at the desk to call when you want to check in. They did come right away, but it feels weird. Cameras in your face everywhere made it feel like we should be worried about safety. We did not bother with breakfast. We were too scared to see what it would look like. We only stayed for one night on our way to a sports event in Medford. We chose this hotel specifically for the pool. We received a $25 credit from Expedia for the pool being down. Would not stay here again. "

"I gave it good reviews for its value, the fact that it had a kitchenette, and it’s proximity to Granite Peak. The hot tub and the pool were well maintained and the rooms were clean and in good condition. "
