"Mary at the reception was a gem, so easy to communicate in English, very attentive , into details and thorough! After facing so many challenges with Italians who don’t speak English, we do appreciate her , thank you, so close to the train station, the room was warm , thank you 😊 they could have put coffee machine in the room, it would have been great ! "This hotel is aged. Pain peeling, furniture faded and knocked and carpets from a bygone era. Car parking is in the town on a public street which entails carrying luggage a long way to the hotel rail shuttle and then again onto the hotel reception. The rooms are terrible. Very dated. The bed base on the floor with a thin mattress atop a 15cm high base. You don't so much step out of bed when you get above a certain age, as roll out. The bed sagged to so didn't provide comfort. The breakfast was included but pretty average. Davos was a stop on a 10 day driving holiday around the Alps and Lakes, this hotel was the second most expensive but ranked by us 10th."
