"This was not a good experience. They gave us a dirty room where the beds had been remade after someone without washing and there was food on the floor. We had to request a new room which was better but still not great. The front staff was helpful and pleasant but I would not stay here again."

"Great property, friendly staff, convenient location just off I-20. This is our 4th stay at this property. Recently renovated (as of 05/2026). Property management MUST walk around with a punch list. Not super important to our stay, but the brand new faucet in our room was leaking (poor installation). Took a while to locate our room because the number fell from the wall, the lobby elevator buttons were pushed through the sheetrock, limited parking since the back side of the property was littered with shipping containers, and a couple of guests took up two parking spaces. Unfortunately, the hotel staff was unable to locate the owners of the vehicle because they do not log guest vehicle tags when they assign room numbers. Aside from the minor issues, our stay was comfortable, the property was quiet, and the breakfast was great. We would certainly stay there again."

"Very basic hotel with bare bones furnishings in the room, NO BREAKFAST or even coffee in the morning. Room was clean, towels were old. Bring your own shampoo!"

"Site was clean and staff were nice. It’s on the side of the highway but it’s quiet and calm and easy to find and park. Lots of amenities close. "

"We always stay in Clinton on our way home from Panama City Beach to DFW. This was our first stay ay the Holiday Inn Express. It was great. Right off Hwy 20, close to a great dinner spot(Applebee’s ) and a free delicious breakfast. This will be our spot for our future trips."

"Inhospitable, rude. The desk clerk that will add random charges to your non-refundable room after your five hundred mile drive is the same guy pushing a literal shopping cart around doing maid's service the next day. The outside reception area have been painted.Everything else is very old. See pictures."
